Check out this design for the Campus Center of Miami's Dade College. The space was designed by Oppenheim Architects and is said the feature apartments, offices, and educational facilities. It seems that most new buildings that are being constructed are multi-functional combining office, residential, and retail space. This project is set to be completed in 2012.
