Noo (pronounced New) is a hip hop artist out of D.C. Via his myspace, "Noo is lyrically Rakim with a D.C. dimeanor, A rap style like no other and swagg out of this world". I definitely love this track because he manages to fuse both hip hop (Dougie Fresh's "The Show") and go-go. Check it out below.
