A reporter was filming live in a canoe on NBC's Today Show and tried to make it look like she was in a deep flood. Halfway through the clip, two men walk across the screen and reveal the water is only about 6 inches deep. Matt Lowry and Katie Couric then proceed to clown her....hahaha. Check it out!
