This movie was the first ever hip hop movie, with features from the likes of Grandmaster Flash, the Rock Steady Crew, Fab Five Freddy, The Cold Crush Brothers, to name a few. Even your favorite artists sampled this movie - Nas in Illmatic, Beastie Boys in Check Your Head, and Cypress Hill in Black Sunday. The Hip Hop Honors paid tribute to this movie in 2007.
